CARE
The cookware should be well washed with hot water and detergent before use.
Seasoning process
Make a small paste of soap powder, lemon juice and water.
Take your utensil and with a paper napkin soaked with cooking oil rub all the inside of the product and let it rest for 10 minutes. With the elaborated paste wash your utensil with hot water.
With this, your aluminum will be cured and ready to start using it.
MAINTENANCE
Do not store food inside your aluminum utensils.
Try not to leave food to be consumed by fire, this causes damage to the aluminum.
HYGIENE
Wash your aluminum utensils every time you use them with soap and water and dry them so they do not stain.
Aluminum pots and pans are the favorites of people who cook because of their low price and speed when they heat up (this metal is an excellent conductor of heat).
However, there is an idea that this material causes the formation of kidney stones, Alzheimer’s, and even contributes to the appearance of cancer due to the substances that pots release when they hit up.
REALITY
Until now there is no data that proves the toxicity of this material.
FACTS ABOUT ALUMINUM
Aluminum is considered the third most important element because it represents 8% of the earth's crust, it is an abundant substance in nature.
Although our daily diet contains quantities of 10 to 100 micrograms (0.000000001 kg) of this metal, it has no biological function in the body and the insolubility of its salts makes its absorption through the digestive system difficult.
According to Dr. Lamadrid, aluminum cookware is not the main source of oral exposure to aluminum. So far, no study has proven that cooking with utensils made of aluminum poses a health risk.
